Terms of Use

This website provides information about the Association, its activities, and community resources. We work to keep information accurate but do not promise that every item is complete or current. Third parties control external websites, and we are not responsible for their content, services, or privacy practices.

Without written permission, Association names, marks, original text, and photographs may not be used for commercial promotion, misleading endorsement, or impersonation. The website may not be used for harassment, unlawful activity, disruption, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Events, Conduct & Photography

Participants are expected to treat others with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threats, and disruptive conduct are not permitted. Event details may change because of venue, weather, safety, or other needs. Unless an event states otherwise, participants are responsible for transportation, personal property, and deciding whether an activity is suitable for them.

Public events may be photographed or recorded for Association news, archives, and nonprofit communications. We aim to respect people who do not wish to be photographed. Tell an organizer before or during an event, or contact us with a reasonable removal request after publication. Close-up images of children should be used with permission from a parent or guardian.
